This Is Not A Test is a comedy/drama directed by Chris Angel. The series is based around a man called Carl (Hill Harper) who's living his everyday life whilst trying to cope with his fear of terrorist nucleur attacks. However, with the threat so high he soon lets loose and jeopardizes his family and friends.
The casting has aroused speculation across the internet that this will have some elements of CSI due to the fact that three of the actors in CSI: New York are the main leads, and the name of the title. However, nothing has been released as of yet and these claims are most likely untrue.
