Tokyo University of Agriculture

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Tokyo University of Agriculture(東京農業大学, Tōkyō nōjyō daigaku), abbreviated as Nodai (農大, nōdai) or Tokyo nodai (東京農大,Tōkyō nōdai), is a private university which treats agriculture specially uniquely in Japan.

The campus is in three places, Setagaya, Atsugi, and Okhotsk (Abashiri).

It is the private agriculture school (when it includes public, there is the 3rd history which ranks second to Sapporo Agricultural College and the Komaba agriculture school.) founded for the first time in Japan, and will be the only university in Japan which specializes in agriculture as of 2006. Although the name is similar with Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology and an Agricultural college school, there is especially no relation.
