Trimmis is a municipality in the district of Landquart in the Swiss canton of Graubünden.

It is located near the Rhine River about 5 kilometers north of the cantonal capital of Chur.

A proposition to incorporate the commune of Says into Trimmis is currently being considered. Says has been an independent commune for about 100 years, along with Hintervalzeina, which also previously belonged to Trimmis.
