- The station in Birmingham, England previously known as Vauxhall or Vauxhall and Duddeston is now called Duddeston.
Vauxhall station is a National Rail, London Underground and London Buses interchange station. It is located at the Vauxhall Cross road junction opposite the southern approach to Vauxhall Bridge over the River Thames in the London district of Vauxhall. The station is on the border between zones 1 and 2 of the London Travelcard area.
The National Rail station is located on a viaduct and has eight platforms, some of which see little use since outer suburban and longer distance trains to and from Waterloo pass through without stopping. There is a frequent service of trains to London Waterloo and to the suburbs of south-west London.
The bus station - which is spread out above ground across the road from the rail terminal - has a photovoltaic roof to generate its own energy needs. The London Underground station is in deep tube below the National Rail station and opened on 23 July 1971.
Vauxhall underground is served by the Victoria Line between Pimlico and Stockwell.
Vauxhall rail station is served by South West Trains services from Waterloo station.
