The Vermont House of Representatives is the lower house of the Vermont General Assembly, the state legislature of the U.S. state of Vermont. The House is comprised of 150 members. Vermont legislative districting divides representing districts into 66 single-member districts and 42 two-member constituences, with each member representing around 4,100 citizens. Representatives are elected to a two year term without term limits.

The House meets in Representatives Hall at the Vermont State House in Montpelier.

The Speaker of the House presides over the House of Representatives. The Speaker is elected by the majority party caucus followed by confirmation of the full House through the passage of a House Resolution. In addition to presiding over the body, the Speaker is also its the chief leadership position, and controls the flow of legislation and committee assignments. Other House leaders, such as the majority and minority leaders, are elected by their respective party caucuses relative to their party's strength in the chamber.

The current Speaker is Democrat Gaye Symington of the Chittenden-8 Representative District. In her position, she is the most powerful woman in the state of Vermont. The Majority Leader is Carolyn Partridge of the Windham-4 Representative District. The Minority Leader is Republican Margaret Flory of the Rutland-6 Representative District.

The Vermont House of Representatives is one of the few bodies of its kind in the United States where all the major chamber positions are held by women.
