Viscera Eyes is the first single from the album Amputechture by The Mars Volta. "Viscera Eyes" evolved from a song originally written for the band At the Drive-In. The full song (as found on the album) is 9 minutes and 23 seconds long. Pictures from a music video recording session surfaced in early September, with Blake on Drums and John Frusciante on guitar, but no further information on the release of a video has surfaced. The song features Spanish and English lyrics which were also used on tracks for their last album, Frances the Mute.
