WINM is a religious television station in Angola, Indiana, broadcasting locally on channel 63. It is a Tri-State Christian Television owned-and-operated station. WINM also broadcasts on digital channel 12, and in Fort Wayne, Indiana on repeater station W43CF (formerly W66BD).

Although it is licensed to Angola, the studios and transmitter for WINM are located in Ohio, near the Indiana-Ohio border, midway between Butler, Indiana and Edgerton, Ohio. This gives WINM greater coverage of the Fort Wayne market area. WINM is managed by Leo Vogt, who is also the news director for WFFT-TV.

On April 21, 1981, WXJC-TV signed on as a TBN affiliate. In 1984, the calls were changed to WBKZ, and were changed again in 1986 to WINM, when the license was purchased by Manna for Modern Man Ministeris. Quad M productions, as it was called was fully owned by Calvary Temple Worship Center and solely ran by the Paul Paino family. The studio facilities were located in the old Calvary Temple location on Clinton St in Fort Wayne. As a result of over spending, the station filed for bankruptcy and closed. The licenese was the purchased in 1991 by Tri-State Christian Television began producing their own part-time network feed of religious programming, and began airing it on their O&O stations. TCT fully disassociated with TBN in April 2007.

On February 27, 2004, WINM's Fort Wayne repeater station, W66BD, changed calls to W43CF and moved to its current home on channel 43. W43CF has also applied to flash-cut to digital, and will continue as a repeater for WINM.
