Located at 101.5 FM, WOBN is a college radio station that runs out of Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio. "The Rock" formerly used to be a classic rock station. Now it is a mix of Alternative and active rock. Its studio and tower are located at Cowan Hall. The call letters and nickname have not changed since its establishment.

The station started as an AM station in 1957 or 1958, with the callsign of WOBC. In 1968 the station went to the FM band on 91.5 FM. Rumor has it the first song on the station was from then-unknown British group, Led Zeppelin. Sometime in the late 70's to early 80's, the station changed frequencies to 105.7, which lasted until 1989, when Otterbein had to give up that frequency for a new commercial station in Marysville (now licensed to Hilliard as WBWR-FM). In 1990, it signed on at the current frequency - 101.5 FM - as a rock station, and eventually changed into the active college radio indie and alternative rock mix format of today.

WOBN is a student-run college radio formatted radio station. Current Advisor: Janice Windborne
