"Walk" is one of Texas heavy metal band Pantera's most popular and influential songs from the 1992 album Vulgar Display of Power.
The song is about having one's boundaries respected, and knowing when to let someone be or knowing when you're not wanted. There's also a theme of anti-conformity (You can't be something you're not, Be yourself by yourself stay away from me). "Walk's" 12/8 time signature creates a distinctive "walking" rhythm and it contains one of guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott's most famous riffs and solos. A live performance of "Walk" is included on Official Live: 101 Proof, and the studio version is also on the band's greatest hits album, The Best of Pantera: Far Beyond the Great Southern Cowboys' Vulgar Hits!.

Wrestler Rob Van Dam used the band Kilgore's cover of the song as his entrance theme during his time in Extreme Championship Wrestling.
Disturbed, Trivium, Seether and Avenged Sevenfold often cover this song in live performances. A studio version by Avenged Sevenfold also appears on a Kerrang! compilation album, and was released for purchase on iTunes and Vcast. Alice in Chains also covered this song. Godsmack covered the song live, featuring members of Pantera. The footage is found on the DVD Smack This!. Dino Cazares has performed with Pantera on this song live once. Recently, pop rock act Fall Out Boy performed a live cover with Keith Buckley of the hardcore band Every Time I Die, a cover that was blasted by Pantera fans.
The single cover is a screenshot of Pantera's "Mouth for War" music video.
