Wally Gator (voiced by Daws Butler), is a Hanna-Barbera cartoon character. He is an anthropomorphic alligator, and he's more comfortable when he's at home, in the city zoo. Mr. Twiddle (voiced by Don Messick), is the zookeeper that keeps a close watch on Wally because sometimes he escapes to check out what things are like outside.

Wally Gator is one of the segments from The Hanna-Barbera New Cartoon Series (1962). The other segments that compose this trilogy are Lippy the Lion and Hardy Har Har and Touché Turtle and Dum Dum.

Wally Gator was shown in an episode of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law as a stereotypical redneck who was arrested for fishing in protected waters with a shotgun while drunk. He was sentenced to wrestle Phil Ken Sebben.

Wally Gator also appeared in The Powerpuff Girls episode, "Knock It Off", where he was giant sized and about to trip and fall all over New York City when the first of Professor Dick Hardly's Powerpuff Girls Extreme saved Wally from nearly injuring his toe.
