West Coast can refer to many things:

The term is sometimes used in reference to British Columbia generally, but also specifically to the British Columbia Coast. Within British Columbia, the usage "West Coast" is generally used meaning American West Coast cities down to San Diego, although in other parts of Canada generally only British Columbia is meant.

In Malaysia, the term "West Coast" refers informally to a collection of states in Peninsular Malaysia situated towards the western coast generally facing the Strait of Malacca, as opposed to the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
