Wichita Southeast High School is a public high school located in Wichita, Kansas USA. It belongs to Unified School District #259. Southeast High school is best known for its competitive sports programs having won multiple state titles in swimming, baseball, basketball, football, and soccer (dominating mostly in basketball during recent years). Southeast High has also been home to numerous professional athletes and future celebrities including actress Kirstie Alley, former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture and Current Motion Picture Association of America CEO and Chairman Dan Glickman, Xbox creator Kevin Bachus and Atlantic Monthly columnist Marshall Poe.
The school was founded in 1954 and sits on the corner of the streets Lincoln and Edgemoor in Wichita.
