William F. Sheehan

William F. Sheehan aka "Blue Eyed Billy" (1859-1917) of Buffalo, New York was Lieutenant Governor of New York, 1892-1894. He had been a highly respected Assemblymen, and eventually became Speaker of the New York State Assembly. After leaving the office of Lieutant Governor he opened up a law firm in New York City. He died in 1917 with a fortune today worth $4,000,000.
