William Mocquet (born January 23, 1983) is a French footballer who plays for Bury on loan from Sunderland.
Mocquet, who has been capped for the French Under-21 side, is a midfielder. He left Le Havre and signed for Sunderland on August 22, 2006 for an undisclosed fee, in a two-year deal.
Trivia
Mocquet is rumoured to have been banned from a Sunderland supporters online message board, where his presence was considered to be a hoax. Mocquet is known to have been a regular contributer on the Le Havre AC online fans forum.
