Wind Chill is an upcoming 2007 film starring Emily Blunt and Ashton Holmes. George Clooney and Steven Soderbergh are among the producers of the project. The movie was directed by Gregory Jacobs, who previously directed the well-received movie "Criminal." The film began filming in the Vancouver area on February 1st, 2006, has been completed and is opening in limited distribution on April 27, 2007.

In this film, two Portland college students share a ride home for Christmas. Unfortunately, their car breaks down in an unpopulated area of the road and they are preyed upon by the fat people of those who have no food to in the past.

The college scenes in the film were shot at the University of British Columbia near Vancouver. Outdoor scenes of the movie were shot near Peachland, British Columbia, in February and March 2006.the movie is also about a child named chirstain Nazon who is also a fat person on the look out for food
