Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility was first released by Microsoft in January on 2004 to help Windows-based computers clean up installed programs that would either refuse or pretend not to remove themselves from the add/remove programs feature in Microsoft Windows. The tool will forcibly wipe all references of the installation from the registry and make your computer not see it in most cases. However, this program will only change registry values and files associated with the Windows Installer portion on the program. It will not remove many files from the computer and is only to be used as a last ditch attempt when dealing with a buggy program.

This version of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility works correctly in all 32-bit versions of Microsoft Windows. The 32-bit versions of Microsoft Windows are: :

No plans seem to be official as to whether the program will support/be included in Windows Vista or if a 64 bit version will be made available.
