Wish Bone (born Charles Scruggs, on February 17, 1975 in Cleveland, Ohio) is an American rapper and member of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Also known as Stratejacket and Big Wish.

The quietest of the group, Wish Bone is the cousin of Steven "Layzie Bone" Howse and Stanley "Flesh-N-Bone" Howse. He has a son Charles II and a daughter Minnie. He has remained silent despite the solo success of the other members of the group in the late-90s, and his son Charles "Lil' Wish" Scruggs III. He also participated little on the Mo Thugs Family albums. He is signed to Thugline Records together with Krayzie Bone, and is set to release solo material.

Will finally release a solo album later this year called No More Chickin

His favorite movie is True Romance.[1]

He has 3 kids to which he "Shouted Them Out" on an episode of Rap City In The Basement (without Bizzy Bone). Their names are Cameron, Breon and Lil' Wish.

He currently resides in Chardon, OH.
