For the Nebraska television station WSWS-CA, see KHGI-TV.

The World Socialist Web Site is the online news and information center of the International Committee of the Fourth International (ICFI). It supports and helps campaign for the Socialist Equality Party in elections. The site has no corporate sponsorship and runs no advertisements. Instead, it sustains itself through the donations of readers and supporters.

Online since 1998, it regards itself as a source for intelligent analysis of world events and political, cultural, and historical commentary on the past and present. Rankings compiled by Alexa.com show it is the most widely read international socialist news source on the internet.

David North serves as Chairman of the site's editorial board.
