XHUNAM channel 60, also known as "Teveunam", is an educational television station owned and operated by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in Mexico City.
Programming on XHUNAM generally consists of educational telecourse programs for UNAM students, plus public affairs, documentary and cultural programming. Some XHUNAM programming can also be seen on the nationwide Edusat service.
XHUNAM is generally on the air daily from 8AM to as early as 12 Midnight (longer on some nights, especially if there's a movie or concert scheduled).
At a power of 500 watts, XHUNAM generally covers only the greater UNAM area in Mexico City, though it can also be seen citywide on cable.
