Zachary Ernest Segovia (born April 11, 1983 in Dallas, Texas) is an American baseball pitcher in the Philadelphia Phillies organization. He was drafted by the Phillies in the second round of the 2002 MLB Draft.

In 2004, Segovia missed the entire season while recovering from Tommy John surgery on his right elbow performed in October of 2003. In 2006, Segovia played in the minor leagues with the Clearwater Threshers and Reading Phillies.

Segovia, who made the Phillies 2007 Opening Day roster, will make his major league debut on April 7, 2007.
